2. Shipping Costs
We aim to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your items are protected:
Standard Shipping: $4.90 USD.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $69.99 USD.
Expedited Shipping: Available for $9.90 USD for those who wish to receive their pieces sooner.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Delivery Timeline
Your total wait time is calculated as follows:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Order Processing: 1-3 Business Days.
Standard Shipping Time: 5-12 Business Days.
Expedited Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.
You can track your package directly via the link provided in the email.
Information Update: It may take 3-5 days for the tracking information to update after the initial shipment as the package moves through international sorting centers.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
We cannot redirect or modify the shipping address once the order has been processed and shipped.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, please reach out to us at contact@marivstones.com. We will investigate the issue and offer a reshipment or a full refund as appropriate.
