Founder's Note

Five years ago, I left everything behind and traveled alone into the highlands. On the fourth morning, I stepped into the absolute silence.

In my hand, I picked up a small, cold stone. Dark grey, smooth on one side, rough on the other. I held it between my fingers and just… breathed. For the first time in years, I wasn’t thinking about what came next.

That stone became my “Mindfulness Switch” — a physical cue to pause, breathe, and return. Inspired by this stillness, Mariv Stones was born.
