We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

That means you have 30 days to request a return — no stress, no pressure.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

Hygiene Notice:
For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

📦 Damages or Issues

Please check your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

🇪🇺 EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Items must still meet standard return conditions.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
